Kulkarni, President and CEO |

Vic
Kulkarni has worked in the semiconductor and EDA industries
for over 29 years. He was appointed president and CEO of Sequence
in May 2002. Prior to his appointment, he served as Chief
Operating Officer for more than two years where he set the
Company's vision and delivered power, timing and signal integrity
products for nanometer systems-on-chip design. Mr. Kulkarni
was named "Entrepreneur of the Month" by SiliconIndia
magazine in July 2003 and was featured in Reed Electronics'
"50 Electronics Companies to Watch" in 2002 and
2003. Prior to joining Sequence, Mr. Kulkarni was General
Manager and Vice President of Avant!'s Silicon Business Unit,
responsible for Silicon IP and Process Modeling tools. He
joined Avant! after the acquisition of Meta-Software where
he was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. He was instrumental
in taking Meta-Software public in November 1995 with a market
cap of $160M. Prior to Meta, Mr. Kulkarni held various engineering
and marketing positions in VLSI, National and Fairchild. In
May 2008, Sequence Design, represented by Mr. Kulkarni, was
appointed to the Board of Directors for The Silicon Integration
Initiative (Si2) for the 2008-2009 term. Currently, Mr. Kulkarni
is also on the Management Advisory Board of Arteris, an emerging
innovative company in Paris involved in network-on-chip designs.
He has been a champion of globalization trends in the semiconductor
and EDA industry and has appeared on various industry panels
on this topic. He was recently conferred the honor of "Distinguished
Alumni 2007" by School of Engineering at University of
Cincinnati where he received his M.S. E.E. in Solid State
Electronics in 1977. Mr. Kulkarni earned his B.Tech in Electrical
Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT),
Bombay in 1974. |

| Jerry
Frenkil, General Manager, Silicon Business Unit, CTO and VP
of R&D |

Jerry
Frenkil was one of the original founders of Sente, Inc., and
has over 22 years of experience in the semiconductor and EDA
industries. While at Sente, Mr. Frenkil was the Vice President
of Low Power Design, where he led the services and applications
activities. Prior to co-founding Sente, Mr. Frenkil was an
independent consultant focused on IC design. He also held
the position of Design Manager for VLSI Technology. Mr. Frenkil
holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Texas. He has published papers on IC and Low Power Design,
and holds several patents on circuit design and design automation. |

| Tom
Miller, Vice President and Head of R&D, Front-End Products |

Tom
Miller has over 22 years experience in the EDA industry. He
was one of the original founders of Sente Inc. While at Sente
Inc., Mr. Miller was the Vice President of Engineering focusing
on IC power estimation products. Prior to his position at
Sente, Mr. Miller was the Vice President of Engineering for
the System Physical Group at Cadence Design Systems, dealing
with the physical design and electrical analysis of printed
circuit boards. He also held the position of Vice President
of Engineering for the PCB Group at Valid Logic Systems. Mr.
Miller holds a BS in both Mathematics and Computer Science,
as well as a MS in Computer Science from the University of
Illinois. He has published papers on software development
techniques and hardware description languages, and holds a
patent for RTL power estimation methodologies and techniques. |

Ruby, Vice President, Product and Applications Engineering |

William
Ruby has over 20 years of experience in the EDA and semiconductor
industry and a broad expertise in low power design. He has
served in senior engineering and product marketing positions
at Cadence, Synopsys, Intel, and Siemens. At Cadence and Synopsys,
Mr. Ruby has defined and launched innovative EDA products
for low-power and mixed-signal design. At Siemens, he was
responsible for ultra-low power digital and analog IC design
for medical applications. As a key member of the first Pentium
microprocessor team at Intel, Mr. Ruby was awarded a patent
in memory design. He holds a B.A. in Physics from the University
of California at Berkeley, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Southern California, and an M.B.A from
the San Jose State University. |

| Greg
Hoffman, Chief Financial Officer, VP Finance and Administration |

Greg
Hoffman was promoted to CFO, VP of Finance and Administration
of Sequence Design in December 2006. He joined the Company
as Controller in October 2006. Mr. Hoffman has over 25 years
of financial management experience with both private and public
companies. Previously, Mr. Hoffman was Chief Financial Officer
of Luminous Networks Inc. He has served in director level
positions in companies such as E*Trade, Symantec and Maxtor.
Mr. Hoffman holds a MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University
and BS in Accounting from San Jose State University. Mr. Hoffman
is a member of the alumni Board of Directors and Finance Committee
of San Jose State University. |
