Rob Mathews joined Frequency Technology in 1996 as Vice President of Products, later serving as Vice President of Engineering. After Frequency and Sente merged to form Sequence, Rob served in technical marketing positions. While with Sequence, he has co-authored patents on parasitic extraction, post-route optimization, and interconnect characterization. He entered the EDA industry in 1983 as a founder and Vice President of Engineering of Silicon Solutions. From 1979 through 1983, he created and taught VLSI design classes at Stanford University and conducted related research. He holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Hiroshi Ishikawa has worked in the semiconductor and EDA industries for over 15 years. Prior to joining Sequence, Ishikawa worked nine years at LSI Logic K.K., where he was a manager of IP and front-end methodology. Mr. Ishikawa holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from the Nippon Institute of Technology

Manoj Jena has over 10 years of rich industrial experience in Finance, Accounting & Taxation. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with Masters Degree in Commerce from Utkal University.
In Sequence India, Manoj Jena is responsible for leading all financial and administrative activities including corporate Law and taxation.
