SANTA
CLARA, Calif. - Sept. 6, 2006 - Sequence Design, EDA's
power-aware SoC design technology leader, today announced
it will be a sponsor of the MemCon event, scheduled on Sept.
12-14 in Santa Clara, Calif. Held annually, MemCon addresses
the business, technology, and system design strategies for
semiconductor memory and storage.
In booth number 420, Sequence will feature all of the company's
latest products and their implementation in a complete power-integrity
design flow. Highlights will include the recently released
Silicon Aware PowerTheater 65, CoolPower/CoolTime with multi-Vt
and clock analysis options, and Speedview-AMS for faster full-custom
extraction.
Sequence vice president of marketing, Holly Stump, will speak
on Thursday, Sept. 14 at 3pm. Her presentation, "Managing
SoC Power at RTL," will describe how estimating, analyzing,
and managing SoC power at RTL delivers significant improvements
in both static and dynamic power.
"The ongoing success of MemCon demonstrates the compelling
need for an industry-wide forum to allow for the exchange
of ideas and technologies relating to storage and SoC design,"
Stump said. "Sequence is pleased to sponsor this important
event, and I look forward to meeting with our friends, customers,
and partners."
